We print and ship all orders from our studio in Brampton, Ontario. Our standard processing time is 2-5 business days after an order has been placed. Some custom orders may take longer to process. In such cases, customers will be notified of the extended processing time. If there are any unforeseen delays in processing or shipping your order, we will notify you immediately to provide updated information and estimated delivery times.
